Nail Aftercare

Simple habits for clean, strong, longer-lasting results.

01
Gel + BIAB + rubber base

Protect the seal. Never pick the product.

Your gel is cured before you leave. Consistent homecare helps prevent lifting and keeps the natural nail protected.

Protect your set

  • Avoid long soaking, repeated very hot water, and direct contact with household chemicals.
  • Use the pads of your fingers or a tool. Do not use your nails to open cans, labels, boxes, or jewellery.
  • Apply cuticle oil daily, but do not place heavy creams underneath a lifted edge.

If something lifts

  • Do not peel, pull, bite, glue, or press the lifted product back down.
  • Keep the area clean and dry, avoid catching it on hair or fabric, and contact us with a clear photo.
  • Always choose professional removal. Peeling gel can remove layers of the natural nail.

Expected wear

Wear time varies with nail condition, length, lifestyle, water exposure, and aftercare. Return for maintenance at the interval recommended by your nail artist.

02
Soft-gel extensions + nail art

Length needs a little more care.

Extensions are strong, but they are not tools. Protecting the length also protects your natural nail.

Everyday protection

  • Use your fingertips or knuckles for buttons, drawers, bags, and cans.
  • Be careful with car doors, luggage, gym equipment, and tight clothing.
  • Keep sculptural or 3D nail art away from snagging, direct flame, and high heat.

Do not repair at home

  • Do not use household or nail glue on a crack, break, or lifted extension.
  • Do not cut or reshape the extension yourself; this can disturb the structure and balance.
  • If the natural nail is painful after an impact, stop pressure on it and contact us promptly.

Accidental damage

A break caused by impact is not a workmanship issue. We can still assess it and arrange a paid repair safely.

Lash + Brow Aftercare

Simple care for longer-lasting, beautiful results.

01
Lash extensions

Protect the bond. Keep every lash clean.

Gentle daily cleansing is essential. Clean lashes retain better and support a healthy lash line.

First 24 hours

  • Follow the dry-time given by your therapist. Unless advised otherwise, avoid water, steam, sauna, swimming, and heavy sweating for 24 hours.
  • Do not rub, pull, or press the lashes, and avoid sleeping face-down.
  • Keep eye makeup, creams, and oils away from the lash line.

Every day

  • Clean once daily with a lash-extension-safe foaming cleanser. Do not skip cleansing.
  • Rinse gently, pat with a lint-free tissue, air-dry, then brush with a clean spoolie when fully dry.
  • Keep oil-rich balms and removers away from the adhesive bond. Avoid mascara, mechanical lash curlers, and direct high heat.

Maintenance

A small amount of daily shedding is normal. Book a refill approximately every 2–3 weeks, and always choose professional removal.

02
Lash lift + tint

Let the lift settle beautifully.

The first day protects the final shape and allows the nourishing finishing product to settle.

First 24 hours

  • Keep lashes dry. Avoid steam, sauna, swimming, hot showers on the face, and sweaty workouts.
  • Do not apply mascara, eyeliner, creams, or oils around the eyes.
  • Do not rub the eyes, press the lashes, or sleep face-down.

After 24 hours

  • Brush lashes gently each morning with a clean spoolie.
  • Use a nourishing lash serum or conditioner recommended by your therapist.
  • Mascara may be used. Choose a gentle, non-waterproof formula and remove it without rubbing.
  • Avoid mechanical lash curlers and harsh makeup removers.

Expected result

A lash lift commonly lasts around 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural growth cycle and homecare. Rebook only after therapist assessment.

03
Brow lamination + tint

Keep brows soft, shaped, and calm.

Protect freshly treated brow hair and the delicate skin around it.

First 24 hours

  • Keep brows dry. Avoid steam, sauna, swimming, hot showers on the face, and heavy sweating.
  • Do not apply makeup, skincare, oils, or self-tan directly onto the brows.
  • Do not rub, scrub, press, or sleep directly on the brows.

Ongoing care

  • Brush brows gently into shape each morning, then use the nourishing brow product recommended by your therapist.
  • Avoid strong retinoids, AHA/BHA, scrubs, and exfoliating treatments directly around the brows for at least 48 hours.
  • Oil, exfoliation, chlorine, and frequent cleansing can make brow tint fade faster.

Your brow-nourishing ritual

  • Olaplex leave-in: with a clean spoolie, apply a very small amount to the brow hairs only, 2–3 evenings a week. Avoid the surrounding skin and the eye area.
  • Castor oil: one tiny drop with a clean spoolie before bed, 2–3 evenings a week. Do not oversaturate the brows.
  • Always patch-test first, and stop using either product if irritation occurs.

Pro tip

Less is more. Too much product can make laminated brows feel heavy and shorten the result.

Good to know

The tint stain on the skin normally fades before the colour on the brow hair. This is not a treatment failure.

Support

We are here after your ritual, too.

Please contact us early if anything does not feel or look right. Do not attempt to fix or remove the treatment yourself.

  • Unusual extension fallout, obvious gaps, or a noticeably uneven lift or lamination.
  • For vision changes, difficulty breathing, or significant facial swelling, seek urgent medical care.

While waiting for our reply

Do not rub, scratch, pull, apply new products, or attempt removal at home. Keep the area clean and take clear photos in natural light.

Your result matters to us.

We assess every concern carefully and choose the safest, most appropriate correction.

3-day satisfaction guarantee

  • Contact us with a clear photo and your appointment details within 3 calendar days.

  • It does not cover normal shedding or fading, incorrect aftercare, accidental damage, change of mind, or work altered by another salon.

Please send

Your full name, service and appointment date, a short explanation, plus clear photos taken in natural light. Individual instructions from your therapist take priority because products and curing times may vary.

Hair Aftercare

Simple care to protect softness, shine, and style.

01
Wash + blowout + styling

Keep the finish light and polished.

A blowout is a temporary finish. Humidity, water, sleep, and activity will naturally affect how long it lasts.

First day

  • Keep hair dry and avoid steam, rain, swimming, sauna, and sweaty workouts if you want the style to last.
  • Avoid tight hair ties, clips, hats, and tucking hair firmly behind the ears.
  • Sleep on a smooth pillowcase with hair loose or softly wrapped. Do not sleep with damp hair.

Refresh at home

  • Use dry shampoo lightly at the roots only when needed.
  • Use a cool or low-heat dryer to reshape the style. Always apply heat protection before hot tools.
  • Apply a small amount of lightweight serum to the ends, not the roots.

24-hour styling guarantee

Tell us before leaving if you want an adjustment. Visible styling issues may be reported with photos within 24 hours; humidity, sleeping, washing, or getting wet are not covered.

02
Creambath + nourishing mask

Hold on to the softness.

The treatment improves softness and manageability, while consistent homecare helps maintain the feeling.

After your treatment

  • Leave the finished result until your next normal wash unless your therapist gives different instructions.
  • When washing, use lukewarm water and a gentle shampoo. Very hot water can increase dryness and frizz.
  • Apply conditioner or mask mainly through the mid-lengths and ends unless it is designed for the scalp.

Gentle handling

  • Blot wet hair gently. Do not twist or rub it roughly with a towel.
  • Detangle from the ends upward using a wide-tooth comb or suitable detangling brush.
  • Limit repeated high heat and always use heat protection.

Realistic result

Creambath and masks are conditioning treatments, not permanent repair. Softness and shine will gradually reduce with washing, heat, sun, sea, and pool exposure.

03
K18 repair treatment

Leave it in. Let it work.

K18 is a leave-in molecular repair treatment. It is not a conditioner and should not be rinsed out after the appointment.

After the appointment

  • Do not rinse the K18 mask at home. Leave it in until your next regular wash.
  • Avoid adding a heavy mask, conditioner, or large amount of oil on the same day unless your therapist recommends it.
  • Protect hair from high heat, bleaching, tight styles, and rough brushing after the treatment.

If using K18 at home

  • Follow the product instructions and your therapist's recommended frequency.
  • Shampoo without conditioner, towel-dry thoroughly, apply the correct amount, and wait the full four minutes before other products or styling.
  • Using more product does not create a better result and may make hair feel heavy.

Good to know

One K18 session cannot reverse every type of damage. Results vary with hair history, porosity, chemical damage, heat use, and the number of treatments completed.

04
Bali sun + sea + pool care

Enjoy Bali. Protect your hair.

UV, salt water, chlorine, wind, and helmet friction can quickly reduce softness and increase tangling.

Before swimming

  • Wet hair with fresh water first, then apply a protective leave-in product through the lengths and ends.
  • Tie hair loosely or use a swim cap. Avoid a very tight bun on wet hair.
  • Use a hat or UV-protective hair product during long sun exposure.

After swimming

  • Rinse with fresh water as soon as possible after the ocean or pool.
  • Cleanse gently and condition the lengths. Do not leave salt or chlorine sitting in the hair all day.
  • Detangle gently and dry the scalp before putting on a helmet or going to sleep.

Scalp comfort

Rinse away sweat and avoid layering heavy oils onto an irritated or oily scalp. Protect an exposed hair part from strong sun.

05
Support + guarantee

Tell us early.

Hair and scalp can respond differently based on previous damage, sensitivities, medications, and homecare.

Contact us promptly

  • Persistent scalp burning, increasing redness, itching, rash, swelling, blistering, or discharge.
  • Hair that feels coated from product residue, was not rinsed correctly, or is suddenly much more tangled or fragile.
  • For difficulty breathing or significant facial swelling, seek urgent medical care.

Hair satisfaction guarantee

  • Report styling concerns within 24 hours and treatment or application concerns within 48 hours, with clear photos.
  • After assessment, we arrange one complimentary correction when safe and appropriate.
  • Covered: a confirmed step was missed, incorrect rinsing or residue, or an obvious uneven finish caused by execution.
  • Not covered: humidity, sleep, washing, swimming, homecare, previous damage, a change of mind, or normal variation in results.
  • Please send your full name, service and date, a short explanation, and clear photos in natural light.

Good to know

Hair treatments do not guarantee permanent repair or identical results for every guest.

Tell us early.

Message the house with your name, treatment and date, a short note and clear photos in natural light. Please do not fix, pick or remove anything yourself.
